Acceptable Use Policy

Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy outlines the rules for using Datana Studios applications and services. It is part of our Terms of Service. This policy protects our users and ensures a safe, productive experience for everyone.

Prohibited Content

You may not create, upload, share, or transmit content that:

  • Is unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or obscene
  • Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
  • Contains viruses, malware, or other harmful code
  • Is spam, unsolicited advertising, or promotional material
  • Impersonates any person or entity
  • Contains personally identifiable information of others without their consent
  • Exploits or harms minors in any way
  • Promotes violence, discrimination, or hatred against individuals or groups

Child Safety

We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that sexualizes or exploits minors. We remove such content immediately, terminate the responsible accounts, and report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement as required by law.

Prohibited Activities

You may not:

  • Use our services to violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services
  • Collect or harvest user information without authorization
  • Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access our services without permission
  • Circumvent any access controls or usage limits

AI Feature Misuse

In addition to the rules above, when using AI-powered features you may not:

  • Use AI features to generate content that would violate the Prohibited Content rules if you posted it yourself
  • Attempt to manipulate, "jailbreak," or prompt AI features into ignoring their safety constraints
  • Circumvent AI usage budgets, rate limits, or metering
  • Use AI features to generate spam or bulk unsolicited content
  • Represent AI-generated output as professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or otherwise) when providing it to others
  • Use automated means to extract model behavior or training signals at scale

Enforcement

We reserve the right to:

  • Remove content that violates this policy
  • Suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy
  • Report illegal activity to appropriate authorities
  • Take any other action we deem necessary to protect our users and services

Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination without prior notice.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time; material changes will be notified as described in the Terms of Service. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
