Your Right to Delete Your Data

You have the right to request deletion of your account and all associated data from Datana Studios applications.

Most Datana Studios apps provide a "Delete Account" option in your account settings. This is the fastest way to delete your data.

Send an email to support@datana.ltd with:

We will process your request within 30 days and send confirmation when complete.

When you delete your account, we remove:

Your profile information (name, email, avatar)
Your user-generated content (messages, posts, notes, media files, and documents)
Content you submitted to AI features and the associated processing records
Your app preferences and settings
Your subscription history (payment details are managed by Apple, Google, Stripe, or Paddle)

We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes:

Records necessary for legal compliance (e.g., financial transaction records, retained for 7 years)
Anonymized or aggregated data that cannot identify you
Information necessary to prevent fraud or enforce our terms
Content other users have shared or re-shared, where deletion would affect their data

In-app deletion: Your account is deactivated immediately and you are signed out everywhere. Your data is permanently removed from our production systems within 30 days.
Email requests: Acknowledged within 5 business days. Completed within 30 days.
Backups: Residual copies in encrypted backups are purged on a rolling basis within 14 days after production deletion. Backup copies are never restored to production except in a disaster-recovery event, in which case re-deleted data is removed again.
