Respect for Intellectual Property
Datana Studios respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe that content available through our services infringes your copyright, please send a written notification to our designated agent containing:
- Your contact information: Name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- Identification of the copyrighted work: A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- Identification of the infringing material: A description of where the infringing material is located within our services, with enough detail for us to find it.
- Statement of good faith: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- Statement of accuracy: A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
- Signature: Your physical or electronic signature.
Please note that under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), you may be liable for damages if you knowingly materially misrepresent that material is infringing.
Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was wrongly removed due to a DMCA notice, you may submit a counter-notification to our designated agent containing:
- Your contact information
- Identification of the removed material and its prior location
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
- Your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if outside the US, any judicial district in which we may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice
- Your physical or electronic signature
If we receive a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant and may restore the material in 10–14 business days unless the complainant notifies us that they have filed a court action.
Repeat Infringers
We will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright.
