Your Right to Delete Your Data
You have the right to request deletion of your account and all associated data from Datana Studios applications.
How to Request Data Deletion
Option 1: In-App
Most Datana Studios apps provide a "Delete Account" option in your account settings. This is the fastest way to delete your data.
- Open the app
- Go to Settings or Account
- Select Delete Account
- Confirm the deletion
Option 2: Email Request
Send an email to support@datana.ltd with:
- Subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
- The email address associated with your account
- The app(s) you want your data deleted from (or "all apps")
We will process your request within 30 days and send confirmation when complete.
What Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, we remove:
- Your profile information (name, email, avatar)
- Your user-generated content (messages, posts, notes, media)
- Your app preferences and settings
- Your subscription history (payment details are managed by Apple/Google)
What We May Retain
We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes:
- Records necessary for legal compliance (e.g., financial transaction records)
- Anonymized or aggregated data that cannot identify you
- Information necessary to prevent fraud or enforce our terms
Data Deletion Timeline
- In-app deletion: Processed immediately. Data is permanently removed within 30 days.
- Email requests: Acknowledged within 5 business days. Completed within 30 days.
