End User License Agreement (EULA)

Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Datana Studios for the use of our mobile applications and related services.

By installing or using any Datana Studios application, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.

License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our applications for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these terms.

Restrictions

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the application
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
  • Rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the application
  • Use the application to create derivative works
  • Remove any proprietary notices or labels on the application

Intellectual Property

The application and all copies thereof are proprietary to Datana Studios and title and other intellectual property rights therein remain with Datana Studios.

Third-Party Services

Our applications may integrate with third-party services. Your use of such services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

Updates

We may release updates to the application from time to time. You agree that we may automatically update the application, and these terms will apply to such updates.

Subscription Services

Certain features may require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms.

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your device's app store settings.

Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the application and destroy all copies.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The application is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Datana Studios be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of or related to your use of the application.
